The Divine Feminine Flow
In 2019 I started teaching Shakti Yoga Dance – the dance of yoga. The deeper I delved into myself and the more I developed, the stronger I felt the energy flowing in my body. My feminine power awakened.
The world is in motion. Everyone feels it: a change in energy, a transformation that affects everything and everyone. Some experience this more intensely than others, but no one remains untouched.
During this period of change I discovered my Reiki. The energy that burned deep within me was looking for a way out. It was an inner call, an invitation to heal, to share and to flow in the natural flow of life.
Reiki, The Force of Light, is a healing current that penetrates the deepest layers of our being. It opens what is blocked, frees what is stuck and restores the balance between body, mind and spirit. Like a warm embrace of pure energy, it softens resistance and invites surrender.
In this sacred flow my creativity began to awaken. Thus The Divine Feminine Flow was born – a soft, flowing dance of feminine energy, woven through the power of Yoga and Kundalini Dance.
Kundalini, the primal force that lies dormant at the base of our being, moves like a sacred serpent through us when we open ourselves to her call. In every movement, in every breath, she awakens. She rises, opens the Chakras and frees the Granthis – the knots of attachment in which our deepest lessons lie hidden.
This journey is one of surrender and awakening. A sacred dance in which body and soul merge, in which light and love flow together, and in which the Divine Feminine reveals her true essence.
The Divine Feminine Flow is a sacred movement that invites you to feel deeply and let go. It touches your emotions, lets them flow freely through your body and helps to gently soften your blockages. In this surrender, space is created – space to breathe, to heal and to reconnect with your true essence.
When you move in this flow, the energy opens up like a flowing river. Your thoughts become still, your heart softens and your soul remembers its deepest truth. When the throat chakra is open, listen to your inner voice and give your permission to reveal the truth of your essence. The 5th chakra houses the creativity of the Soul.

The healing power of Rituals & Ceremony lies in consciously performing certain actions, which changes the energy in yourself and around you.
Mudras or celestial communications are natural movements that let you come home to your body and can lift certain diseases & blockages.
Massages, a gentle feminine ritual. Connection through touch, enjoying and cherishing. Essential oils tailored to the chakras or aura.
Puja or poojah is a prayer ritual in which we welcome the female goddess within us and worship it with incense, fire, fruits, mantras and singing.
Rituals connect us with each other, the language is symbolic and universal, which means that we are all touched by it.
In addition to rituals, a ceremony also contains creative and symbolic expressions such as texts, music, symbolic actions.
