A few years ago I started with the Shakti yoga Dance, the Dance of Yoga. But the more I turned inward, developed myself, so also became more myself, the more I felt the energy flowing in my body, my feminine energy. The world is also transforming, everyone is feeling that, the energy is changing. Everything consists of energy, so people also transform, some are more sensitive to it than others.
And in this transformation phase I started with Reiki, because the energy burned inside me, it had to find its way out.
Reiki is “The Force of Light”, a healing power that opens up everything that is blocked in the body. But it also brings balance to your mind and warmth to your body. My creativity started to flow and “The Divine Feminine Flow” was born, a soft feminine Flow of energy created by Yoga and Kundalini Dance. Kundalini occurs in yoga and dance, Kundalini intertwined with yoga and dance, opens all Chakras and the Granthis, the knots of attachment in which all life lessons are locked.
The Divine Feminine Flow touches your emotions, processes them, so you can let them go and move on with your life. Due to the movement in the dance, the energy will flow even more through your body, thoughts become quieter and come into balance. The Divine feminine Flow is also the energy you use to follow your intuition, do what suits you and what makes you feel good. Reconnecting to your true Nature, more Self-Care, more Female empowerment, more Self-Love. That's the way to feel The Flow of Life.
